Subscription Portal Instructions

1. How to Access Your Subscription Portal

  • Through Email:
    • a. When your recurring order is placed, you will receive an email to access your subscription portal.
    • b. Select "manage subscription" and you will be redirected to your portal.
  • Through the Website:
    • a. Select login in the upper right corner of drinkmoment.com to access the subscription portal.
    • b. You can easily access your portal without password. Click on "manage your subscription" to login without a password.
    • c. Once you click on "manage your subscription" it will ask for your email to login. Make sure to use the same email as the one you checked out with for your order.
    • d. Once you enter the email, it will send a code to your email. Enter the code and you will be logged in.

2. How to Check Subscriptions and Get Your Order Early

  • a. On this page you will see your active subscriptions.
  • b. Click on "get it now" if you want your next subscription to ship immediately.

3. How to Cancel, Swap, or Delay Your Subscription

  • a. Select "skip next order" if you want to skip just the next shipment.
  • b. On this page, you can also add a one-time item to your next order, change the frequency of deliveries.
  • c. To change a product click on "swap product". Select the product you want to add from the menu.
  • d. You can change the frequency of order and cancel your subscription as well.

4. How to Update Shipping Address and Payment Method

  • a. To change your shipping address click on "update my info".
  • b. To change your payment method, click on "update my info" and scroll down.
