We are aware of a text message scam impersonating Moment. Messages claim you have a special offer or gift card waiting and link to a site that is not ours.

How to tell a real Moment message. Every link we send goes to drinkmoment.com. We never text about gift cards, prizes or unclaimed rewards, and we never ask for payment details, passwords or one-time codes by text or email.

If you get one. Don’t click, don’t reply, and forward the message to 7726 to report it to your carrier. You can also forward it to hi @drinkmoment.com.

If you already clicked. Don’t enter anything on the page. Change any password you may have entered, and contact your bank if you shared card details.
