how do i create a subscriber account?
1. After you have placed your subscription order, check your email for a unique link that will direct you to your account. This link will be sent to you each time your order is shipped.
2. If you want to access your portal without your email, navigate to the smile icon on the upper right corner of the website. You can enter your information here to create an account or generate a new link to access your portal.
is an account automatically created for me when i subscribe?
Your subscription order will be saved in an account linked to the email address you used to place your order. You can access this account through your email link or on the Moment website.
Can i skip an order?
Yes, you can skip an order whenever you need. Sign into your account through the subscriber portal and click Manage Subscription to skip an order.
How do i change my flavors?
You can change flavor options in between orders. Navigate to Manage Subscriptions through your portal and select "Add a Product". Change the product to your choice of flavor and select the frequency and subscription details. Please note at the moment we are not offering 'custom' variety packs of our flavors.

how do I cancel my subscription?
We're sorry to see you go! If you would like to cancel a subscription, navigate to your portal through the smile button in the upper right corner. Under Order History, click on Manage Subscriptions. Your current subscription will be listed under Active Subscriptions. Click on the subscription you would like to cancel. When you scroll down, you will see the option to Skip this Order or Cancel Subscription. Select Cancel Subscription and you will be prompted to choose a reason for cancellation. Click Next when you have chosen, and then select Cancel. You can confirm your subscription is cancelled if it does not appear in upcoming orders.
