What are Adaptogens?

How do they Work?
Adaptations work in our bodies at the molecular level. They regulate the stable balance in several glands: the hypothalamic, pituitary, and adrenal, the glands involved in the body's stress responses. Adaptogens work by taking over the stress response.
Stress in the body appears in three stages:
- The alarm phase: Within this phase, the fight or flight response is initiated.
